A coaching layer that carries your protocol into your patients' daily lives, under your brand, whether your practice is in person or fully remote. Patients build the body composition the treatment makes possible, your outcomes improve, and the result stays attributed to your practice. None of it creates work for your staff.
None of this is a criticism of the medicine. It is what happens in the space the protocol does not cover: the life your patient lives between consults, wherever those consults happen.
Weight loss without structure takes muscle with it. Hormone optimization without training leaves most of the benefit on the table. Either way, the protocol gets less credit than it earned.
You have your patient for minutes a month. Nobody owns the eating, training, and behavior in between, and that is where the outcome is actually decided.
Patients who build nothing during treatment slide back after it, and the churn lands on your practice. And the prospect told to lose some weight first, or who simply does not know where to start, usually walks and never comes back.
Each client gets a personal program built around their treatment, their schedule, and their life. It is designed for people with careers, families, and no patience for gimmicks. You keep treating exactly as you do now. To your patient the program behaves like part of your practice, held to one standard of care, yours.
It also captures the patient you currently lose. The prospect who is considering treatment but needs to lose weight first, or does not know where to begin, enrolls in the program and stays in your pipeline. When they are ready for your protocol, they are already yours.
This is white label. You offer the coaching layer as part of your own program, under your own name if you prefer. Executive Composition is the contracted vendor that delivers it. To your patients there is one practice and one standard of care.
The arrangement is an ordinary vendor services agreement. There are no referral fees in either direction and no per-patient payments to your practice, so there is nothing for a compliance review to object to. Program terms are sized to your treatment volume and covered on the partner call.
I am a founder who runs companies. I have a wife, kids, and a calendar that looks like your clients' calendars. I lost one hundred pounds, have held the result for more than four years, and keep my body fat between eight and fifteen percent on purpose, through demanding quarters, travel, holidays, and real family life. I hold NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching, but the credential your higher-end clients will actually respond to is simpler: I live the life they live, carry the same obligations they carry, and got the result they want without stepping out of that life to do it.
Lost, and maintained for more than four years. The maintenance is the credential.
Body fat, held by design year round, through founder workload and family life.
Every client works with me directly. No junior coaches, no app handoff, no template.
I am a coach, not a physician, therapist, or registered dietitian. Nothing in this program is medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription, and all treatment decisions stay entirely between your patient and your practice. Clients clear the program with their prescriber before starting. Progress reporting to your practice happens only with the client's written consent. Where something requires a clinician or a mental health professional, I say so and refer.
We look at your treatment volume, price the program for your practice, and decide whether this fits. Either it does or it does not.
